DESCRIPTION OF AN INITIAL RESIDENTIAL DETAIL CLEAN
ALL ROOMS:
Pick up and straighten up.
Woodwork - WASH Baseboards, door frames and doors, window frames and sills throughout entire house
LIGHTS - Dust and clean.
DUST- Remove cobwebs from ceiling to floor, dust baseboards, dust all ceiling fans, dust windows (blinds and entire window- excluding cleaning glass), dust all light fixtures, furniture,knick-knacks and wall ornaments.
FLOORS- Sweep, vacuum and/or mop floors.
TRASH- Empty all trash cans and ashtrays
POLISH - Polish furnishings when necessary
BATHROOMS- Clean top to bottom, entire bathroom, including keeping baseboards clean.
KITCHEN - Clean top to bottom, including top of refrigerator and inside front of refrigerator, all appliances (excluding oven), microwave, sinks and counters, etc.
WINDOWS - All interior windows are cleaned (glass and woodwork).
LIVING ROOM - Clean under couch cushions, in addition to the above.
DOORS - Front doors with glass, storm doors and back doors are cleaned when needed.
FRONT PORCH - Sweep when needed.
Closets, inside cabinets, anything exterior, garage, ovens, refrigerators or freezers. Any of these are extras and can be done at an additional charge with notice.
