HUNTSVILLE, ALA.—Woodland Homes of Huntsville is proud to announce the grand opening of the fourth annual Rocket City Dream Home. This year, the home will be in one of Woodland Homes’ newest communities, Foxfield. The home will be located at 107 Foxfield Drive in Madison, and it will be open from September 13th until September 20th. Hours of the home are 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. on both Saturdays, 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday, and 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. from Monday until Friday.

There will be no admission to tour, but donations for the Make-A-Wish Foundation will be gratefully accepted at the door of the Dream Home. On both Saturdays of the event, local volunteer-representatives from the Huntsville Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation will be present to share information about the non-profit organization. The purpose of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 years old who have life-threatening medical conditions. The mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation is to “grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.”

With homes varying in size from 3,059 square feet to 4,422 square feet, Foxfield is the most prestigious community Woodland Homes has built in Madison to date. The 2008 Rocket City Dream Home is the Woodland Grand floor plan, with four bedrooms, a large play room, a deck and a covered porch. The master suite has a door leading to the back deck, a spacious master bath with his and her closets, and offers the perfect amount of privacy. Basement home sites and home sites up to ¾ of an acre are available in Foxfield. This community will also offer home owners a resort-style swimming pool, a clubhouse with a wrap-around porch and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
