Alabama Hispanic Association
The concept of a Hispanic association was born after a group of
Hispanic-Americans converged at an annual Hispanic festival in Huntsville,
Alabama. Mrs. Rosie Douglas founded the Hispanic festival to kick off the
official celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The group envisioned an
organization that would improve the educational and economic opportunities
amongst Hispanics in North Alabama

Huntsville India Association
Huntsville India Association is a 25 year old non profit, non partisan, non
sectarian, and secular organization, which represents the Asian Indian
community in North Alabama. One of the most important objectives of the
organization is to educate Huntsville and North Alabama communities about
India, which is the world's largest democracy. The organization undertakes
charitable, educational, scientific, and cultural programs.
